Venture for Africa, a hub for top tech talent seeking roles in African startups, has teamed up with Africa Product Peers, a community supporting professionals in product, design, and tech fields, to launch a career bootcamp for mid-level pros in Africa.
The bootcamp, designed for professionals with 3-8 years of experience, aims to equip participants with the skills and connections needed to excel in the competitive tech industry.
It will draw on Venture for Africa’s track record in placing mid-senior talent and running targeted bootcamps, combined with Africa Product Peers’ success in supporting job placements within the tech community in Kenya.
Tobi Lafinhan, CEO and co-founder of Venture for Africa, expressed excitement about empowering professionals in Africa’s tech scene. The partnership, he explained, allows them to expand their reach to mid-career individuals, leveraging their expertise alongside Africa Product Peers’ community-driven approach to make a meaningful impact on careers across the continent.
